Many concepts are taught in a spiraling fashion throughout the elementary years, and we've made an effort here to include review concepts from earlier grades as well as new concepts for your students. We've specifically reviewed content standards for the key topics included at a particular grade level. At each level, we've changed the photographs/images of key concepts to reflect students' growing understanding of these important foundational science concepts.
The Notebooking Central series of booklets is a response to teachers who asked for Notebook Foldables that:
•provide graphics to aid comprehension and memory
•provide front tabs that elicit student responses on the back of tabs and underneath the tabs as well as on the notebook page surrounding tabs
•provide ideas for the use of Notebook Foldables within different content areas
